Charles Sturt University | Experimental Winery

Alterations and additions to the CD Blake Experimental Winery for teaching for the School of Agricultural and Wine Sciences, and research for the National Wine and Grape Industry Centre (NWGIC).

The project consisted of the refurbishment of the existing winery building to accommodate a new laboratory and internal processing space and provision of a two story extension for equipment storage and cellar.
