Downer Locomotive Maintenance Facilities

ICG Construction Group has recently completed the construction of Downer's new 300 sq.m Locomotive Maintenance buildings, services and rail modifications at Cootamundra and Parkes, NSW.

Downer provides services to a range of public and private sector rail customers with capabilities spanning the provision, maintenance and overhaul of passenger and freight rolling stock, as well as importing and commissioning completed locomotive units for use in the resource sector. The Locomotive Maintenance facilities provide access platforms and pits to enable testing and maintenance of diesel locomotives.
