Edward Street Bulky Goods (Good Guys, Pet Barn & BCF)
ICG completed the construction of the dominant Edward Street bulky goods retail centre in 2007. Tenants include The Good Guys, Pet Bard and BCF – all of which have occupied premises since first built.
The large 5,778sqm landholding includes 60 on-site car spaces, landscaping and loading dock areas. Works were constructed to a staged program to allow the clients fit out activities to proceed within the completed tenancies.
This was the second highway-fronting project that ICG completed along Edward Street in a 12 month period, following the construction of the Traveller’s Rest Complex (Red Rooster, Gloria Jeans) in 2006.
